Jerome Home in New Britain carried a timeless charm, blending history with modern comfort. The community felt rooted in tradition but alive with energy, with staff who clearly cared deeply about their residents. I loved how the setting balanced privacy with opportunities to come together—quiet rooms for rest and bright social areas for events. Families seemed very involved, which added to the community’s welcoming atmosphere. One visitor said, “It feels like a place where generations can come together,” and I think that captures its unique strength.
